6. How will I receive the money?

8. Which payment methods are supported for withdrawal?
We currently support UPI (India) for instant withdrawal.
9. How long does it take to process a gift card?
Verification and wallet credit usually take 10–30 minutes.
10. How much time does a UPI withdrawal take?
Most UPI withdrawals are completed within 1–2 hours, depending on bank servers.

The transaction will be rejected, and no wallet credit will be provided.
14. Is there any minimum gift card value I can exchange?
Yes, the minimum accepted value is ₹100 or equivalent.
15. Can I exchange international gift cards?
Only supported INR-based cards are accepted currently. International cards may not be processed unless explicitly supported.
16. What should I do if I don’t receive wallet credit?
Please contact support via email or phone with your card details. Our team usually responds within 2–6 hours.
17. Can I use someone else’s gift card?
No. Only legally owned gift cards should be used. Cards submitted without ownership may lead to account suspension.
18. Is there a limit to how many cards I can convert?
There is no daily limit, but frequent or bulk transactions may require additional verification.
19. Do you support automatic payout?
Yes. Once you initiate the UPI withdrawal, the process is automated.
