1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use gift cards you legally own

We reserve the right to block access or terminate accounts that violate our policies or attempt fraud.

2. Service Overview

CardsCube.com allows users to:

  • Submit eligible gift cards for conversion

  • Receive value in the form of wallet balance

  • Withdraw wallet balance to their UPI-enabled bank account

We do not require KYC for general use, but we may request verification if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Conversion Charges

We offer 0% charges on the first 3 transactions. After that, the following conversion rates apply:

  • Amazon Gift Card – 15%

  • Apple Store Gift Card – 30%

  • Flipkart Gift Card – 30%

  • Google Play Gift Card – 40%

Rates may change at any time. Updated charges will always be shown before confirmation.

4. Processing Time

  • Gift card verifications typically take 10–30 minutes

  • Wallet balance can be transferred to UPI usually within 1–2 hours

  • Delays may occur due to incorrect card details, technical issues, or suspicious transactions

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide true and valid gift card details

  • Not use stolen, expired, or fraudulently obtained cards

  • Not misuse the wallet or exploit bugs

Any fraudulent activity will lead to permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

6. Refunds & Rejections

Cards with invalid codes, expired balance, or already-redeemed status will be rejected, and no payment will be made.
Refunds are not possible once a transaction is processed.

7. Limitation of Liability

CardsCube.com is not liable for:

  • Any loss caused by fake or stolen gift cards

  • Delays due to third-party payment failures

  • User mistakes during UPI transfer

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the gift card submitted by the user.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these terms at any time

  • Update service fees, supported cards, and policies

  • Suspend services for maintenance or security reasons

Changes will be effective immediately once posted.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violating these Terms

  • For attempting fraud or chargebacks

  • Without prior notice if required by law

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved under Dubai jurisdiction.
